Jason was able to come out to check on it within an hour! I was so surprised that they came out so quickly and I am glad that they did because he said that we were very close to the septic backing up. He was able to find the issue easily and he explained the system to me and walked me through what to look for if it happens again. He was honest and didn't try to have us do extra stuff that wasn't needed. I would definitely recommend them. We will be calling them for our regular maintenance or if we have any future issues.
